IT's almost summer,school is almost out.. now what

I will be giving you places to eat in Orange and Dutchess, places I have tried and am reviewing... I will also be telling you about local attractions you can go this summer..

Storm King Art Center,  Open Wednesday Thur Sunday 10-5:30 admission is $12.00 for adults and $8.00 for children under 5.





Rhinbeck Aerodrome
The season begins with an open house on June 5th. The air show will be presented June 12 Thur mid October Admission is $20.00 for adults $15.00 for teens and 5 for children 6-12. free children 5 and under.go to

Kingston trolley
 The museum is open weekends and holidays from Memorial day to Columbus day. Noon -5 Admission includes the trolley ride.. is $5 adults and Seniors $3 and children 3 are also 3 ages 2-12. children under 2 free. go to...this link 

My favorite place is the butterfly farms
NO admission fee 13 Rainbow's End in Pawling.
look at the butterflies mom hit this link to go to there website. In Orange County at the Butterfly Botanical  they also have a butterfly house. Only species native to NY state, some are for sale. Mass butterfly releases are scheduled so call 845 733-7713

  A great place to eat.. www.woodysallnatural.com They have lots of things on the menu.
Hamburgers, hot dogs, soup, chili or salads. Lots of sandwiches and wraps.
For dessert try a flavor of Jane's ice cream made in the hudson valley (kingston) the flavor I loved today was Lavender. YUM
